    Our focus has always been on pre-tax savings plans because we believe they offer the best value and the most convenience to both employer and employee.

    Kades-Margolis has been distributing leading retirement products, providing enrollment and ongoing plan sponsor and individual support, and delivering investment educational programs to corporate, governmental and nonprofit organizations since 1974.

    We assist plan sponsors in selecting the right plans to meet company needs and budget requirements. We offer a comprehensive enrollment program that encourages employee participation through plan knowledge and understanding.

    Our various educational workshops provide employees with investment and financial information that results in elevated participation levels, an enhanced appreciation of the employer sponsored retirement plan, and plan compliance with testing, ERISA Section 404c requirements, and maximum deferral amounts.

    Our Financial Advisors are located throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware are ready to assist plan sponsors and employees on a routine basis. Our corporate office employs several key personnel and staff members who are available to assist our field representatives and to provide value added and customer-focused services for employers and employees.

    Kades-Margolis also works with local Plan Administrators and Attorneys (or those professionals currently working with the employer) to assist in delivering complete plan service.



    Qualified Retirement Plans

    Kades-Margolis works with various corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, and certain tax-exempt organizations in providing Defined Contribution Retirement Plans for their employees. These plans are funded by employee pre-tax payroll contributions and (often) employer matching or pre-determined contributions. They are generally self-directed by employees among available investment options, grow tax free until withdrawn, may be available by loan prior to retirement age (59 1/2), and are portable to another employer pension plan or IRA as approved by law.

    We offer all types of retirement plans, including Profit Sharing, Money Purchase, 401(k), Combination Plans and SIMPLE IRA Plans. We deliver effective communications, education, and customer service to employers who have everything from a handful of employees to those with large, multi-site organizations and thousands of employees.

    Tax Sheltered Accounts

    Public schools, colleges and universities, Section 501(c)(3) charitable institutions such as nonprofit hospitals, churches, educational institutions, etc., may offer a salary reduction 403(b) plan for employees only, or some may offer a plan funded by both employer and employee contributions.

    A Kades-Margolis Financial Advisor can help customize a plan and provide reports and self-audit checklists to assist in monitoring your plan in meeting ERISA and IRC guidelines. In addition, we can provide organizations with a one-check method for all 403(b) contributions and forward contributions to the appropriate investment companies.
